I love this wonderful idea!

I’ve read quite a few books about self-mastering and self-improving. But this book suggests something new I never read about. The main thing of author’s idea is the routine. So, if a person each day moves through some routine, this action becomes habitual and enjoyable. You can choose one or more routines that fit you, and sticking to them makes your life better. What I wrote is only very simplified description of what is in the book. I think you’ll read the book with great interest considering it is written in an easy conversational style. It is impossible to see result in a short time, so the author calls for action by formula: Knowledge + Desire + Action = Success.
